C'est l'hymne national écossais officieux à côté de l'officiel "Scotland the Brave". Il a été composé par Roy Williamson du groupe folklorique "The Corries" dans les années 1960.
Vous pouvez l'entendre à chaque match de l'Équipe d'Écosse de rugby à XV, surtout quand elle joue à Murrayfield!
